Everything you need to know before arriving at Soul of the Valley—a four-day reading and mindfulness retreat in the Tennessee Valley, October 8–11, 2026.

When is Soul of the Valley?

Soul of the Valley takes place October 8–11, 2026. This is a four-day reading, mindfulness, and luxury wellness retreat designed around restoration, intentional connection, movement, nourishment, and quiet reflection.

Where exactly is the retreat located?

Soul of the Valley is held at a private seven-bedroom mountain estate at 52 Big Vistas Lane, Rossville, Georgia 30741, just outside Chattanooga, overlooking the Tennessee Valley. Confirmed guests receive detailed arrival instructions, access information, and the retreat logistics before arrival.

What are the accommodations like?

Guests stay at a private mountain estate featuring seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, panoramic valley views, and comfortable shared gathering spaces. Room assignments and accommodation details are provided as part of the confirmed reservation process. This is mountain luxury—not roughing it.

Is the location remote? What about cell service and weather?

The estate offers a sense of tactical isolation while remaining close to Chattanooga-area resources. Cell service can vary by carrier in mountain areas, so guests are encouraged to download important travel information before arrival. October typically brings crisp mornings and comfortable afternoons in the Tennessee Valley; guests should check the forecast before packing.

What is included in my reservation?

Your reservation includes accommodations, scheduled retreat programming, and the meals, wellness sessions, excursions, and ritual experiences identified as included in the confirmed retreat itinerary. Any optional or separately billed service will be clearly identified before purchase. Eventbrite registration or processing fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Are there hidden fees?

The retreat amenities and experiences identified as included in your confirmed reservation are not surprise add-ons. Any optional or separately billed service will be disclosed before purchase. Eventbrite registration or processing fees, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Is Soul of the Valley welcoming to solo travelers?

Yes. The retreat is intentionally limited to a small group of twelve, creating space for meaningful connection without the pressure of a large event. The experience includes shared meals, guided rituals, and group programming balanced with time for reading, reflection, and personal restoration.

If you would like to talk through the group dynamic, accommodations, or itinerary before reserving, schedule a complimentary private consultation.

Can I bring a colleague, partner, or friend?

Yes, subject to availability. Guests traveling together may inquire about dual-occupancy options and current shared-suite pricing. Because room configurations and availability can change, please schedule a private itinerary consultation before completing your reservation.

Can I explore the surrounding area?

Saturday evening features the Twilight Harvest Moon Market at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, followed by dinner at Riverport. Additional time for rest, reading, and reflection is built into the retreat experience.

What is the minimum age?

Soul of the Valley is an adults-only retreat. Travelers must be 21 years of age or older.
